Question ‑‑ How many people can I bring?
Answer ‑‑ My vacation rental units will sleep a maximum of 7 people in Unit A Upstairs and a maximum of 8 people In Unit B downstairs, however there is only 1 bathroom in either unit.
 
Question ‑‑ Is the lake OK to use?
Answer ‑‑ Lakemont Pines Lake is a private membership lake and is kept clean, safe and secure by the use of membership tags which are located on either kitchen counter.  It is a NON‑MOTORIZED lake and it is also stocked with fish.
 
Question ‑‑ Telephone calls & internet hookups?
Answer ‑‑ The telephone will make free local calls. You may use a credit card or collect calling card for all long distance calls.  There is a dial up network line for use or DSL wireless.  Cell phones DO NOT always work in this area.

Question ‑‑ When do I get my security deposit back?
Answer ‑‑ The policy states that the deposit will be returned within 30 days following the checkout procedure. 

Question ‑‑ Will my security deposit check be cashed?
Answer ‑‑ Yes, your security deposit may be deposited and refunded by personal check or for returning guests it may be held without deposit depending on time limits.
 
Question ‑‑ Are there linens provided?
Answer ‑‑ No, you need to bring your own linens, towels, personal toiletries and paper products. Long term or out of state rentals (30 days or more) can be accommodated with linens. at no additional charge.
 
Question ‑‑ Is there a TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, movies, music?
Answer ‑‑ Yes, there is cable  TV, VCR/DVD's inside each bedroom and living room.  You must use the correct remote control for the correct units.   There are also movies, records, cassette tapes, video tapes, CD's, DVD's,  books and games.
 
Question ‑‑ Is there anyplace to eat inside?
Answer ‑‑ Yes, there is a dining room table with chairs inside each unit as well as picnic tables and chairs outside on the decks.
 
Question ‑‑ Are there extra blankets anywhere?
Answer ‑‑ Yes, additional blankets are in the closets labeled Blankets.

Question ‑‑ Is there an ironing board and iron?
Answer ‑‑ Yes, there is an ironing board and iron in the closet labeled  AIroning Board.

Question ‑‑ Is there a coffee pot?
Answer ‑‑ Yes, there is a coffee pot with filters in each unit.
