There is a Refundable $175.00 Security Deposit

Pets require an additional $50.00 Security Deposit

All rates include Rental fees, $75 Room tax and Utility fee and $175 refundable Security Deposit:

Rates are as follows:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, $125 per night, 2 night minimum is $500, refunding $175

Monday thru Thursday, $100 per night, 2 night minimum is $450, refunding $175

Monthly rate for 30 days is $1,400 refunding $250

Holiday guide 3 night minimum plus 10%

Pets require an additional rate charge of $10.00 per night for the first pet and $5 per night for each additional pet

ANY CLEANING that is required is charged at $25 per hour.

The Security deposit is refundable within 30 days following the house inspection and keys returned.

THIS HOME IS NON-SMOKING due to severe allergies.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
A refundable security deposit of $175.00 is required for our home, with an additional $50.00 for pets.
We will accept checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or cash.
Use a Paypal account sent to houseatarnold@hotmail.com for credit cards.
All email or phone reservations will be held for a maximum of 5 working days. 
If your deposit has not been received during that time period, your reservation will be considered  unconfirmed.
Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter specifying your arrival and departure dates.
If you cancel your reservation thirty (30) days or more before your arrival date your full deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation eight to twentynine (8-29) days 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within seven (7) days of your arrival date you will forfeit the full deposit.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
