Our vacation home is non-smoking and pets are allowed to share your vacation rental with you.

The bottom floor is an open floor plan style for easy entertaining with a Living Room, Dining Room, Bathroom and Kitchen

The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking & entertaining. It includes all dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed for preparing meals. It includes a microwave, portable dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove and refrigerator.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The dining room has a 1950's Bamboo table and chairs for up to 8 people with Wilson art flooring.

The living room has a double size hide-a-bed, a love seat and a recliner. It also includes Cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, cassette player, cassette tapes, CD player, CD's, video library, games, books and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The desk is ready for your computer with dial up or wireless DSL and a free telephone for local calls. The home is heated and cooled by forced air. The views outside are of Lakemont Pines Lake and the Stanislaus National forest.

The master bedroom and second bedroom are up 5 stairs.

The master bedroom has a double size 1929 Antique bed, Cable TV, VCR and views of the Stanislaus National forest outside your window.

The second bedroom has two sets of trundle beds (total 4 singles), Cable TV, DVD, a 6' walk in closet, a 2' blanket closet and views of the Stanislaus National forest.

Outside is a 10 x 40' covered porch that overlooks Lakemont Pines Lake.  There are 2 picnic tables, chairs and a couch for your use.  The bar-b-que is charcoal and ready for your use.
