Our vacation home is non-smoking and with permission pets are allowed to share your vacation rental with you.

The bottom portion has an open floor plan of kitchen, dining and living room.

The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking or entertaining.  It includes all dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed for preparing meals. There is a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, blender, stove and refrigerator.

The dining room has a solid wood 1950's Cherry table and chairs.  Your computer can be set up with dial up or wireless DSL and there is a telephone for free local calls.

The living room has three recliners and a double size hide‑a‑bed.  It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo, boom box, books, games, video library, cassettes, CD's and magazines.  The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance and a ceiling fan for a breeze. 

All windows face Lakemont Pines Lake. The vacation home is heated and cooled by forced air.

Go up 5 stairs to the master bedroom, bathroom and 2nd bedroom

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, 6' closet, lots of dresser drawers and views of the Stanislaus National forest out both sets of windows. 

The second bedroom has a double bed with a loft single on top, TV, VCR, DVD, ceiling fan, Armoira, dresser drawers and views of the Stanislaus National forest out both windows.
 
The bathroom is a tub/shower combo, a large vanity sink and toilet.

Outside is a 10 x 40' sun drenched deck that overlooks Lakemont Pines Lake.  There are 2 picnic tables, chairs and lounges for your use.  The bar-b-que is charcoal and ready for your steaks or fish.
