RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS 

A refundable Security Deposit of $175.00 is required for our home, with an additional $50.00 for pets. We will accept checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or cash. Use a Paypal account sent to houseatarnold@hotmail.com for credit cards. All email or phone reservations will be held for a maximum of 5 working days.  If your deposit has not been received during that time period, your reservation will be considered unconfirmed. Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter specifying your arrival and departure dates. If you cancel your reservation twenty-one (21) days or more before your arrival date, your full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation eight to twenty (8-20) days 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within seven (7) daysof your arrival date you will forfeit the full deposit. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
